All condiments, salt, alcohol, coffee, strong tea, fried foods, processed and refined foods, white flour products, white sugar and white sugar products, cheeses, and ice cream should be consumed in limited quantities. In fact, when purchasing new clothes, make sure to sit down in them to see how they feel. Most people try on clothes and make judgments on the fit when they are standing up. Sitting down will help you better gauge if what you are wearing is too tight or cause discomfort.
